First you need to be level 80 and you have to have some friends.

Steps

1) Invite a friend to your group

2) Have 2 other friends form another group

3) Create a raid

4) Invite the 2 other friends to the raid

5) The first 2 members of the first group drop from the raid

6) The new raidleader invite people to the raid

7) Invite as many people to the raid as you want (should be about 28 people total)

Now you will be able to farm monsters for the exact money they drop.

So if you are level 80, you can hunt in khesh and have the elites drop 40s each kill.
